The Villages of Brentwood HOA is a volunteer organization focused on maintaining community standards and supporting neighborhood initiatives. However, there are important limits to what we can address:

🚧 Street Maintenance & City Services

The streets within our neighborhood are owned and maintained by the City of Nashville. As an HOA:

• We cannot legally plow or salt roads during inclement weather.

• We do not enforce city codes or manage public infrastructure.

For concerns like potholes, broken street signs, inclement weather requests, or city code violations, please use the Nashville.gov hub.

📞 Noise & Nuisance Issues

If a neighbor is violating the law, being excessively loud, or causing a disturbance, please contact the Metro Nashville Police Department:
