Villages of Brentwood is located in south Nashville and began in 1984. While it has maintained parts of its historical charm, one can find several industrial and commercial businesses nearby.

The Villages of Brentwood is a neighborhood with almost 400 homes in a subdivision just north of Nippers Corner.  Its close proximity to I-65, Nashville International Airport, shopping malls, public libraries and the greater Nashville Metro area make it an extremely desirable place to live.
