🏡 Architectural Change Requests

Planning to build a fence, repaint your home, or make other exterior changes? Please be aware that our community is governed by restrictive covenants designed to maintain neighborhood standards and appearance.

While this isn’t a complete list, one of the most important rules is:

No building, fence, wall, or other structure — including changes in color — may be started or altered without prior approval from the HOA's Architectural Review Committee.

All plans must include the nature, kind, shape, height, materials, and location of the proposed changes.

These guidelines are outlined in the official covenants recorded in Book 6143, Page 11 et seq. at the Metro Register of Deeds.
